[2019] Gunner specialization / Basilic quest bugged

I've just removed ALL basilic's pieces of armor before killing him on roosevelt island and the quest is not validated.

Massive plz fix asap

Thank you for letting us know about this - as well as the weirdness with some kind of invisible knee armor.
