So i did summit 6 to 7 times from 21 to 50 but didn't get the chest piece out if it. I have the remaining pieces. I think its a bug and now I'm tired of doing that again and again. I really think its bugged for meh. Please help.
As above, you may have just been unlucky in terms of drops. I hope you get what you desire eventually - playing with friends could indeed help.
