It is 2/18 at 7:29 am EST and i still have not received my compensation cache? How can i have someone look into this? I am on Xbox Series X. Thanks

Hey there @YukonBlu, sorry to see you have not received your cache yet.

Please make sure that you have space in your cache inventory. If the inventory is currently full, I would suggest emptying it out completely. Afterwards, you'll need to wait awhile as we will have to manually add the cache to any accounts that have not received it yet. Please keep in mind that if your cache inventory is full at the time that we add the caches you will not be able to receive one.
