[2022] Slanter Construction Site rappelling rope still not working

I think a fix for this was supposed to have been implemented back in TU9, but if so, it's definitely back and is as annoying as ever.
Basically, when finishing any bounty or mission that takes the player into the heart of the Slanter Construction Site in Downtown West, upon completing the content the player is supposed to have the option to rappel down the rope to reach the exit faster, but after interacting with the rope to lower it, the menu item continues to say interact rather than use and it is impossible to climb down. This forces the player either to teleport out or to walk back through the building the long way to get back to the entrance to exit.
