I hope this is the appropriate location for feedback.

Please bring back the gameplay style of D3 set + drawing enemy attention.

I love The Division but this is about the only gameplay archetype i've ever enjoyed in group activities.

So the big question that always crosses my mind with this topic is when someone is building to be this tanky, what should happen to their damage output?
What do you feel makes sense as a balance/trade-off for someone playing within this archetype? (Especially with the variety of shields that exist in The Division 2?)
