[2019] anyone experiencing lag/pauses since last patch?

Since Thursday I will be playing and my character looks like he can move, but he can't shoot or get damaged for a few seconds, then all of a sudden it all catches up and I've used a full mag of ammo or am close to death...

Just started since the last maintenance...

So far there is this, the heroic drops on the last boss give you one, and the black tusk drone operator don't launch any drones...
