[2021] [Accessibility]Banned

Hey guys, I took a break from playing the Division 2 and now I came back to play. The first thing I noticed was that I had some Asian named friends whom I had no idea who they were. I downloaded the game and there it was, I had been banned for hacking.

So somebody hacked my account and then was cheating in the game until they were banned on my account. Now I can't play
I have started a ticket with Ubisoft. I'm trying any means to get back on because I would like to play the game that I purchased.

Any help would be appreciated, I'm even wondering how long this process takes?
