I have random crashes to desktop during gameplay. Sometimes it goes well for hours but once I've had a crash it happens repeatedly. With every crash I click on send crash report and I hope this problem gets solved.

@gamingolddude Hey there! I am sorry to hear that you are having crashing randomly. Would you be willing to give this troubleshooting guide a try? Also, try to verify your game files and run Ubisoft Connect as administrator to see if that helps? If it does not, would you be willing to share with me when the crashing started to occur? Also, does it seem to happen in the same location of the game or randomly?

Hey @stigwhansen, sorry to hear that you are still experiencing crashes to your Desktop on The Division 2. Were you able to perform the steps provided by my colleague earlier? If you have, but the issue persists, please feel free to please create a Support Case so that we can look into this further for you.
