[2020] Bug: Dark Zone Comms Complicit Doesn't Count To Progression

So yesterday I've started to collect all collectibles from the game and left DZ comms to do last. Today I picked up the last 2 comms, went check my progression tab and I'm missing Dark Zone Comms Complicit, which I already picked up. Went to the location again and as expected there is nothing to be collected there.

@Rush__Or It seems "Ridgeway Sentencing" has moved to the NW section of East Mall. Have you tried looking around that area? Do you have any screenshots from where you looked?
