I want to report a bug with the gear set True Patriot. The description of the set says the following:
Red, White and Blue:
Enemies you shoot receive stacking debuffs of Red/White/Blue.
Changes every 2 seconds.
Red: Amplifies the enemy's damage taken by 8%.
White: Hitting the enemy restores you and your allies' armor by 2%
once every second
Blue: Decreases enemy damage dealt by 8%.
Full Flag: Enemies that die while under the effect of all three debuffs
create a 5m explosion, dealing damage equal to their total health and armor.
Explosion strength is reduced on Named enemy deaths.
Explosion scaling does not work as intended.
It does not matter how strong the enemy is. The damage numbers of the explosion is always the same, regardless of whether it is a red or yellow enemy.
The explosion scales with the player's armor and health and this is a bug. The description clearly states that it should scale with enemy hit points and armor points, reduced for named enemies.

Although the videos are only on the shooting range, the set behaves exactly the same off the shooting range.
This bug has been in the game since the introduction of Gear 2.0 if I remember correctly. And it is also the reason why this set is hardly played.
Please fix this bug. This set could be great.
