Since TU11 The Claws Out Pistol Dmg attribute has changed from 10% to 9%. This was not mentioned in any patch notes and applies to legacy Claws Out and newly farmed ones.

I assume this was a balancing decision by the devs, however it is odd if it isn't mentioned anywhere. I'll forward this up to them just in case!
