I would like to know where I can directly report someone to Ubisoft, as this character was using your company employee names/positions to try to threaten my friends and I all because they couldn't beat us in the DZ.
I've searched the site and all I've found is how to report someone in-game.
This won't suffice as last night we encountered these racists in the ODZ, who couldn't beat us, and began a few hour long tirade of harassment and hatred, accusations of cheating and also throwing Ubi & MS employees/executives names around as though they could get us banned.
I tried blocking him but XBX, that feature doesn't always work, and this time it didn't. We tried leaving but always wind up on the same servers as them. And after extending and clearing 3-4 manhunts off of them, they just wouldn't stop the harassment.
I need a link (if it exists) where I can file complaints directly to Ubi/Massive as this kid and his friends were not only racist, but also actually threatening my services, which I pay for, which is illegal to do and definitely violates the ToS.
