[2020] Regulus Blueprint not available

I donated all the components for the Regulus and it said project completed, but i still could not purchase the blueprint. It does not even show the blueprint to purchase at all, and the Regulus is still locked at the crafting station. It says restock in 6hrs wben you try to purchase the blueprint front Inaya.and im not sure if thats why, but im pretty ticked off right now.
