Hello all, I killed the Loot Goblin and he dropped the Oh Carol named sniper rifle, however, when i went to the Base of Operations I cannot re calibrate the random attribute that rolls with each weapon. Is this a bug or intended?

Hey everybody, I reached out to the Team to see if this is an intended "feature" of Oh Carol or not.
In the meantime, I also wanted to point out that the secondary issue with the unique mod being able to be pulled off and placed on certain other guns is actually known already, and should be fixed in TU 17, per the Trello for known issues: (https://trello.com/c/atekoe6G/53-gear-the-scope-mod-from-the-oh-carol-named-marksman-rifle-can-be-applied-on-any-weapon)!
Once I hear back about the recalibration issue, I will share that info with everybody here.
