I didn't check that there any current problems before re-installing The Division 2
on my XBOX One X last night and both my normal and hardcore character are showing 0 hours play time with no gear.
I cleared the local data then downloaded it again and have the same issue so have logged a support ticket. Posting here just to outline my experience.
UBISOFT CONNECT does show my play time and stats correctly so maybe it's just related to the current season issue.
