[2022] What happened in the past week?

I completed my Heartbreaker build. Last week was nice, I felt strong. Now the build doesn’t work.

Sometimes I build stacks, sometimes no. Even with max stacks, and I have 1.5 mil base armor, ANY damage removes all stacks and has my health red.
Red bar enemies are killing me.

Sometimes my hive revives me, sometimes it doesn’t. I’m not talking about jammers. I’m saying the servers don’t seem to recognize my perks/talents/attributes. It “allows” me to use them selectively, at I don’t know whose discretion (AI?).

I’ve been playing since launch. I don’t think this is how it’s supposed to work. If I’m wrong can someone educate me so I can return to the experience I had LAST week?

Also, if this is how you plan to administer Heartland, I will make sure to AVOID.

These issues suck and Ubisoft this game isn’t introducing whole sets of new features and settings and these issues are game breaking.

What’s the point of grinding if the gear doesn’t work?
