Why is this the only Weapon that you can not increase the mag size with? And I don't mean that attribute.

Because its the ar with the highest rpm. Giving it the possibility to increase the magsize would probably destroy the balance completely, especially with Chatterbox in the holster. P416 is currently the best ar, only because it has such a high rpm together with decent damage. But the rpm is the actual reason why its the best ar. There are several other assault rifles with higher damage, but with an rpm of 600-625.
Weapons are just badly balanced.
Edit: I guess I'm just confused that considering there will likely always be a best in class for the various weapon types - does that really mean the overall balance is bad?
