After installing the Siege of Paris update I am u able to get to England without the game crashing to dashboard. It only does it with England, other atlas locations work fine. Because of this, I cannot start playing the new DLC.

We have some further steps available in our guide, such as Power Cycling and setting the console as your Home console. Please give these steps a try by checking out this guide.
Should there be no change, if possible, could you please capture a clip of this behaviour so we can take a closer look and pass it onto the team?

The team are looking into this issue further.
For testing purposes, could you please try uninstalling the Siege of Paris Add-On by going to 'Manage Game Content' and let us know if you're then able to travel to England?
