[2019] June 20 @ 1933 After patch No Sound & Load time issues

Loaded June 20th patch and now No sound in game at all.
Also, took 5 minutes to load into game after selecting character.
Loaded directly into combat getting 1 FPS (I'm sure it's less but 1 is probably the lowest number available to report)
Invasions dialogue is on screen and pressing Space to acknowledge does not advance to next panel.
Current Status = unplayable

Anyone else having similar issues?
