[2021] Losing leadership and get kicked from Clan

Hey there,
we have a problem with our clan. I only found on Reddit, that someone random will get the leadership of the Clan after 90 days. BUT... after a friend was leaving the Clan, we're now have the situation, that the leader will be kicked, if someone has more activity than the old leader. My boyfriend was the original leader and got kicked, because a friend of us was just playing, got some EXP. Now he isn't able to get any Clan invitations.

Does there exist any disciplinary proceedings feature in this game? When our friend got the leadership it was according to the feed 55 days ago, no 60 or 90 days. So I don't get it what's wrong here.

Now I have the leadership and our friend isn't inside our Clan anymore, like my bf.
