I just finished the manhunt and am still missing 1 of the 21 collectible comms for some reason. I suspect it is because of those very glitched keys, sometimes Kelso wasn't even there, and sometimes there were 2 of her. Key 4 never seemed to work and I did the final mission right after killing the 4 lieutenants. Game wouldn't let me turn in key 4 afterwards, so I relogged and Kelso was no longer behind the counter (or not there at all as before) but standing in front of it and instead of the option to use key 4 I got to use the pc near her and got the manhunt debriefing videos after a short audio at the pc.
So how do I fix my 20/21 collectible comms?
