I have a RTX 2070. I tried to enable dx12 in The Division and The Division 2 and in both games, I restart and DX12 is not enable.
A few weeks ago, I remember that I played The Division 2 with DX12 before the game crashed, so it has been working before. I tried
1) reinstalling DX12
2) Reinstalling the graphic driver 457.51
3) Made a files verification of both games
Nothing worked.
Help!!!
