[2020] Cannot complete Goal Project: Two Bridges Liberation

I cannot complete the Goal Project: Two Bridges Liberation because the game failed to credit me for collecting all five SHD caches in the Two Bridges district. I have, In fact, collected all caches in this area. When I return to the cache locations in the Two Bridges area I find all five SHD boxes have already been opened. However, when I look at the project progression it indicates I have obtained 4/5 SHD caches. (All other objectives have been completed.} Since all the cache boxes have been opened, and I have been credited the SHD points from those boxes, I am unable to re-open a box to fulfill the project objectives.
I have created a support ticket, and have been advised that I should check the forums for help. I couldn't find a previous post that addresses this type of error. Little help? Anyone?
