[2020] PCMy Character was Deleted

Hi, this happend a while ago but i have recently wanted to start playing the division 2 again. I orginally made a post that i don't know what happend to it but one day logged in and my level 30 character was just gone. It would be very appreciated if you guys can restore my old character.
