Good Morning,

This forum does not appear to be an official Ubisoft forum, rather a forum created by users for recreation.

I posted a question on the Division 1 forum, primium credits are not available in the game or in the store, this is a game that is sold and has paid content, so premium credits must be available. Not an official answer...

Ubisoft is a profit making company, correct? Because it doesn't look like it, I'm talking about premium credits and not even a response. "we are investigating", "it is solved", nothing... How is it possible? My question is just an example, I see everyday questions asked here and nobody is assigned to give an answer in an official forum.

I don't ask you to comment on opinions such as, "whether item x or y should be available at DZ?", but when they ask your intention and "which item X or y will be available at DZ?" an answer? Yes, no, we are thinking about it... As well as many other technical and bug-related questions that never seem to have an official answer.

Do you think this is good practice? Do you think the level of answers officially given in this forum is up to a company like Ubisoft?

Please think about it...

Heya there @Freud2004 , thanks for sending across your thoughts about this. I'm sorry you hadn't received a response to your thread, and I appreciate you sharing your experiences.

Many thanks as well to @Noxious81 for sharing your insights!

For player support queries, we have a lot of forums to cover, both here and over on Steam, but most of our forums are relatively quiet, so we tend to patrol through them all on rotation. This can mean that some forums don't get a response to support queries quite as quickly as we'd like. This is in addition to moderating and sometimes engaging a bit with the other forum sections - the general discussions areas, mostly. We're continually looking to improve our processes to be more efficient at all of this, behind the scenes, and having your thoughts on this to refer to really helps us to push for those improvements. Thanks once again for the feedback!
