[2021] New Season 6 referenced in recent earnings report?

Hi - I just reviewed the recent Ubisoft earnings report, and it references on page 9 of the pdf (see link for full year report below) that Season 6 will launch by June 2021. That's certainly news to all of us !! Can the community managers investigate this, as it is now public information !

That is correct, the naming conventions have been so that we are re-running the seasons but continuing the numbering.
So right now we are in season 5, which is re-run of Season 1

If we did that, the narrative that runs through the seasons might seem very disjointed to people who are doing it either for the first time, or to refresh their memory

We went with linearity as that is what makes the most sense, I can totally see the reason why you'd want to pick and chose though
