I purchased the season pass but can’t find it anywhere and don’t have the seasons menu. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling, and checking for updates. In the main menu, the latest patch notes show season 4…but isn’t this like season 7? Is there a workaround or resolution?

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues accessing your Season Pass.
Can you confirm if you have completed 'The Warlords of New York' expansion yet as this is required before you can start the Seasons.
