[2022] Loadout Quality of Life

Hoping the devs add 2 quality of life additions to the Loadout system to improve it:

• More loadout slots, 16 is not nearly enough and the Send to stash system is clunky and unreliable, not to mention most stashes are already full.
• The ability to move a Loadout up or down 1 slot by holding their respected key or pressing via mouse. Currently the only way is to have 1 slot free and duplicate and replace existing ones to get them in the order you want, impossible if youve used up 16/16.
