[2021] [Bug/Glitch]Bank HQ invaded - BT progress resumes, cannot interact with terminal

Failed the mission twice now on Heroic because in the room where you have to initiate ISAC download, at 25% suddenly BT download starts on its own without NPC coming to terminal and initiating it. It goes much faster than ISAC download and left one terminal lights up. But it is not possible to interact with the terminal. Mission fails because BT downloads data before ISAC

Is this a bug or was there any change in mechanic I do not know of after last patch?
