[2020] Game crash - pc sudden shut down and restart

I have tried some online solutions like adjusting Virtual memory , DPI setting, Verify Files and etc but it still will crash.
Previous no issue, not sure is it affected by recent maintenance/updates.
Please advise.

In this situation, can you please try the steps in this article.

If you still have issues, please create a support ticket and include your Dxdiag and MSinfo files.

Are you running on DirectX 11 or 12?

Also have you noticed any changes on your computer? (New applications, driver updates, windows updates etc)
