First of all, great game and I'm almost certainly buying Div 3 when it comes out. I am reporting a bug that is almost certainly not intended behavior. The named Kard pistol provides +1 skill tier. With the chem launcher, a player holding this pistol receives additional ammo due to this skill tier. Using the chem launcher, however, caused the player to unavoidably de-equip the pistol. The end result is tha the remaining ammo in the chem launcher is reduced by 2 (one for the "loss" of skill tier by de-equiping the named pistol, and one for the use of the skill). This is infinitely repeatable and perfectly predictable.

I'm so happy to hear that you're enjoying playing The Division 2, StoneSifter! For this particular issue, would you be able to send over a video showing this occurring? I'd like to get it over to our investigating teams to be reviewed further if possible.

This is perfect, thank you so much! After viewing the footage, I was able to get a better understanding of the issue. It actually appears that this is working as intended, though I do see how this would be problematic. This particular pistol would best be suited with a different skill which doesn't require you to holster the pistol. I'm very sorry for any inconvenience caused, but I'll be happy to forward any feedback you have about this to our teams.
