[2022] [Manhunt] Finished Trig Manhunt, unable to access Captain Lewis recording

Heya @Golbird , @XUSFX , @Sathorn , @Reepah101 , and everybody else who has reported this issue. Thanks so much for these reports - we really appreciate this!

Please see my post above, which I'd initially posted in another thread with similar reports. Can you all answer those same questions for me?

I'll add this additional information to our investigation. Thanks! Here's those questions again:

• Did you encounter any freezes, crashes, or disconnects when defeating Trig? If so, when did it happen, and was there an error message?
• If the manhunt campaign is reset, does this issue reoccur?
• Did you do anything between defeating Trig and going to the White House? If so, what?
