[2021] X button not working

X button no longer working
Tom Clancys Divison 2 on an Xbox Series X.
The "x" button will not work to restock, collect loot, fast travel, interact with vendors, etc. The x button works with other games. I have tried changing controllers (I have 3) and the button doesn't work with any of the controllers (although the x button works fine with all other games).
I have restarted the game multiple times. I have disconnected and reconnected the internet connect multiple times. 
Any suggestions.
