Me and multiple friends are experiencing almost constant Delta-03 errors. After jumping through every single hoop with modem/router/dns etc that I've found, the issues persists for all of us, regardless. This is absolutely a server-side issue, and it should be fixed, however, I understand Ubisoft now runs a skeleton crew on this game, and it will probably be broken forever. Regardless, I made my post, and hopefully you see it.

If you have already followed our entire connectivity troubleshooting guide including the Port Forwarding steps, you will need to open a one-on-one support ticket with us so that we can review your network set-up and verify the troubleshooting was performed correctly. Once that is done, our team will be able to escalate the issues for you.
Please make sure you have a screenshot of your port forwarding, a screenshot showing your current NAT type in-game, and a screenshot of the data center you typically connect to.
