[2022] Levelled up characters expertise level dropped from 10 to 0

Hello @Ifoku thank you for reaching out to us.

Due to a mistake in the number of Proficiency points gained from kill XP, the Division team have recalculated every player's progress to align which means your expertise levels may have dropped lower. This was something that was implemented at the end of May.
