On PC, sometimes special ammo boxes are not lootable. They haven't been blown up, they just don't give a prompt..
It seems like they take a loong time to activate. At the high velocity ammo box in the same building as the Liberty's Call safe house in Southwest, I initially couldn't loot it. But after a couple of minutes of me searching forums and starting this thread, it became lootable.
This only started happening for me recently.

Thanks for posting to bring this issue with special ammo boxes and supply drops to our attention.
The problem regarding not being able to loot certain special ammo boxes, should have been resolved. Sorry to hear this might not be the case. Could you please share a clip of this happening, so that we can forward it onto the game team for further investigation? The same situation would apply to the issue you've seen with the supply drop too, if you could capture a clip of this happening it would be much appreciated.
