I have all the parts and many spare d50s to craft with. however it does not appear that I have the blueprint to craft it. I've done all the missions over again, with no success.

This issue has been reported and is under investigation.
Could you please answer the following:
- Do you own WONY and have level 40 content?
- Are you trying to unlock the blueprint with level 30 or level 40 characters?
- Are you meeting the requirements of completing the Space Administration HQ or Hard or greater difficulty? If so, on what difficulty were you completing it on?
