After loading the game, selecting a character and showing up in the White House entrance, the Recommended Activity window pops up saying that I should look at the Global Event Challenges. If I hold Z down it loads a picture of the general in blue (see attached screenshots) with the title Week 1/2 - Time Remaining 1w 6d. But there's nothing else on the screen, and I can't get past that screen except to Alt-F4 out. If I hit ESC I hear a noise, but nothing happens. Have replicated this 4 times now. PC, using the UbiSoft Launcher.
