Logged in to receive my Free holiday Santa outfit sign in bonus. Got a message saying I had something waiting for me in my stash/mailbox. When I went to check there is nothing there. I then proceeded to check my clothing inventory and there is no santa outfit for me. I’m really depressed. I was looking forward to this and feel extremely ripped off. Why is it working for most people but you are just ripping some people off. Not fair at all. Honestly makes me wonder why I even bother with this game or with ubisoft for that matter. I’ve been nothing but a loyal paying costumer. Ive spent so much money on this game and in game purchases and this is the way I always seem to be treated.

Hello everyone.

Sorry to see some you still didn't get access to the Santa suit. I definitely want everyone to be able to spread some holiday cheer so try these steps out for me. This will force a fresh log-in with the game services, and also cause your consoles to re-check which content should be active on your account.

For Xbox players:
Series X|S
Xbox One

For PlayStation players:
PlayStation 4
PlayStation 5

I also have a few questions that should help me out if you can answer them for me.

  1. Did you receive any log in bonuses from playing starting on the 14th?
  2. Have you run into any connection errors while playing recently? If so, did they provide an error code that you can remember?
  3. For people who play on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S: Do you use the quick resume or Switcher features?
