[2022] Only Russian has become available [Ukraine]

I live in Kyiv, Ukraine. I bought Division 2 a while ago and enjoyably played the game in English because it's my preferred language for games and computers in general. Today I discovered that the ONLY available language in the game is Russian with no option of changing that.

I did NOT buy some localized version of the game. But even if I had bought a regional version, English still has to be available. And it WAS available. So why has it disappeared?

Is it a glitch, mistake, or, possibly, Ubisoft's official policy of siding with the country (Russia) which is now waging the war against Ukraine?
