completed the required bounty, and get the key, then it guide u to back to WH, however as the bug / glitch happen, i reach the WH and interact with the character, nothign happen and the game crashed or something. next time i go back there, my key is gone and i didnt unlock any info from first key . i dont want to replay the bounty but i think now it is only chance to redo this first key content. 
@vm4m9tz4pb Hey there! I am sorry to hear that the game crashed making you miss your key. Does the bounty show as completed or are you able to try again to get the key again? My apologies that you would have to do the bounty a secondary time.
Hey there everyone, I completely understand any disappointment caused here and I want to assure you that the development team is aware of this, and they are currently hard at work looking into it. Further updates regarding this issue with the encryption keys will be posted in our News and Announcements section.
It seems that only the session owner will receive the encryption key after completing the Manhunt in a group. Therefore as a potential temporary workaround whilst our teams continue to investigate, we would recommend that you try to reset the progress and redo the Manhunt.
