Anytime I try to buy premium credits with paypal. I get an instant refund from "Xsolla Inc". I guess that's the company name. (Weird name btw) Credit card works fine but not paypal. And yes I have the funds in their.

I asked in game chat on PC if anyone had issues with this and many responded with the same that they couldn't use paypal either. Not sure if you guys are aware of this but it is a thing.

Xsolla is the name of the company we use to help with our transactions for purchases. ๐Ÿ™‚ Were you attempting to make these purchases in-game, or have you tried to purchase the credits directly through the Ubisoft store website? Also, are you using a VPN at all when you attempt to make the purchases?

@ctfoxhound Gotcha, thanks for the update. Do you notice any error codes or messages that pop up before you see the purchase was refunded? If so, could you grab some screenshots of that for us so we can take a closer look? Thanks in advance!
