How do you obtain this second key? Today completed the first manhunt target and when completed had can go to WH and use some key. Having done so you also need to use another key to finish a side mission. For this the DCD mission was highlighted in blue but I decided to complete that one later. Now after having restarted the game it seems I cannot get the key anymore. Ran the DCD mission and back to WH but side mission is locked, no interaction possible. So it seems there is no way I can re-enable the DCD mission to get the required key.
