Since 4/3/23 when I open The Division 2 it is not in color. All of my other UbiSoft Clancey games work fine. I have verified the files even deleted and redownloaded it with no change. Color blind mode is off. Any suggestions? Other than not playing it? Could Elon Musk buy the franchise and hire people to fix it? I quit playing for several months until I heard about the update hoping it would be better. Only to find out that it wasn't any better than before, still crashes or freezes up seems to change between the two which happens every Tuesday! The new additions to the game didn't make it a must play game! I hoped for map additions NOT another special operation mission that you need a bunch of people to do. The new addition talks about other cities but we're stuck between DC and NYC? This could be a record mashing game with a little thought and trading making a dollar for player attendance! I'd pay more for a season pass that comes with a new city, weapons and/or gear!

Hi there @Zombiehunters71, thank you for reaching out! I'd like to look into this issue further, collect some additional information, and make sure that it has been reported for investigation. To cover all of our bases, I would like to complete some basic troubleshooting to rule out as much as possible, and I have a few follow-up questions as well.

The following steps are a great place to start:

  • If you have an Nvidia GPU, please rollback your driver version and see if this still happens when you launch The Division 2
  • Install Ubisoft Connect and The Division 2 on the same drive as your OS
  • End unnecessary background processes via Task Manager
  • Clear the Ubisoft Connect cache
  • Unplug non-essential peripherals (additional monitors, controllers, VR equipment, etc.)
  • All of the troubleshooting steps in this FAQ article

Once those are done if this still occurs, please reply to this thread with answers to the following questions:

  1. Have you recently made any changes to your system? (new hardware, new software, new monitor, etc.)
  2. Is the game crashing at all when this happens?
  3. Are you getting any error codes or messages at all?
  4. If possible, can you provide us with a short video clip showing this issue with the color as it happens? That would be super helpful

For good measure, please also log in to our website and create a new support case so that I can look into this further. I'd also like to see what else stands out after completing the recommended troubleshooting steps. To save time, you can attach your MSInfo and DxDiag files to the support case, and I'll be able to review them that way.

Thank you!🔥
