I bought season 9 but unfortunately nothing happened. I do not have any tab to track the progress of the season, rewards, etc. Only in the store I can see that I have purchased the season and nothing else. I have the warlods of new york DLC. I waited a few days, but unfortunately it did not bring anything. Anyone have any idea what might be causing this?

To add to what @echolecter already said, as I wasn't exactly sure, if you do happen to be referring to the Premium Track of Rewards from the Season being locked after making the purchase, do mind that it's something that our team is already aware of and restarting the game should do the work for the time being.
