[2021] Unable to shoot for about 15 second when I hit a bird, mouse or an enemy

Since some weeks ago the game was working fine without any issues.
But since today, everi time I hit something in movement like an animal or an enemy, My gun stops shooting for about 15 seconds and I need to run out of the conflict, to protect my self. while the gun is not shooting
The problem persists even after reloading the gun.
