[2019] Grand Washington - stuck at the elevator (doors won't open)

Has anyone seen this issue?

When you press (X) to open elevator doors, the status changes to "enter elevator" but doors stay closed.

Also at various points while playing this, if i move to sections of the room, get kicked off the server and have to restart the entire level again. It's extremely frustrating, feels like I'm playing an unfinished beta.
