I get no longer high roll Gear since 02/23/23 ( "PatchDay").
I get items lower than 8% Weapondamage or other at the Difficult Legendary or Heroic and no more high roll items.
That is a hard joke. Whats wrong with the last Patch?!

I've had a look around internally, and I have not been able to find any other reports of persistent low level drops. If this continues to happen, it'd be really useful to have some screenshots of the levels of gear you are receiving, alongside a description of where you found this item. With this information, we'll be able to investigate further.
