I was missing one of the masks from the "christmas tree" hunters, after the patch I went to the tree to spawn them again but when I arrived, all three masks were lying on the ground near the tree and I just had to pick them up. Didnt had to and was not able to respawn the hunters..
Additional Info: I went there at night, cant say if I would get the masks during daytime too.
If you are missng a mask from a hunter you already killed, check the places where he can spawn, maybe the mask is lying there somewhere, the mask is marked with a light blue loot marker. It may be a bit difficult since some hunters have multiple possible spawnpoints, guess you just have to check them all. Also recommend to search the area close to the spawnpoints.
