Ive read a number of posts on subject, but all essentially say RnG. Im not convinced! I would expect something to drop, and the gun chest next to it in safe also drops nothing.
Ubisoft..is this a bug?
Clearly many players are trying to get the blueprint at the moment, because if you join a group, the majority of the time, you will start just after this phase, due to players dropping out.
Can we have an answer please? If not a bug, ill keep farming, if its confirmed as a bug, Ill start farming mods.
Just tried after maintenance window, and no change. I had to run solo by the way, as couldnt join a group starting from the beginning.
